What I have found in my year of unemployment is that you can’t be picky. You have to set out and find a job that allows you to grow. While many focus on the money and the description of the job, many don’t realize that there are great opportunities for growth with major corporations out there. While I don’t have a job as of today, I’m hoping that by researching a company deeply, I can find those that I can grow with over the long haul.
